Will Feeney is a composer, musician, sound designer, and editor based in Chicago. He is a recent graduate of the Oberlin College & Conservatory, where he studied jazz composition, cinema, and TIMARA (technology in music and related arts). He has also completed a semester at the Prague Film School, in the Narrative Filmmaking program. He enjoys working with film, music, or sound in any capacity, and is currently employed at Kellogg School of Management, in the Media & Events team.
Aesthetically, Will often takes a vintage approach to his work, inspired by the music and sounds of the 1960s and '70s. This influence can be found in his efforts to emulate the sounds of analogue synthesizers, magnetic tape recording, or the visual artifacts of shooting on film.
On this site, you can find some samples of Will's work across disciplines. He is currently open to work as a composer, editor, or private lesson teacher. If you have any questions, you can reach Will here. Thanks for visiting!
